Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only for verified product quality issues.
Returns or exchanges for sizing concerns, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind are not accepted under our standard policy.
Reporting a Quality Issue
If you believe your gown has a quality issue, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or other supporting evidence.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Authorization & Deadline
All returns and exchanges must be confirmed by our team before the item is shipped back.
Once approved, the item must be dispatched for return within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted under our standard policy.
